You may return an unopened and undamaged product within 14 calendar days of the delivery date for a full refund, excluding original delivery charges. To initiate a return, contact [email protected] with your order reference number and reason for return. Abrona will provide a return reference and dispatch instructions.
Products that have been opened, tampered with, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return, except in cases where the product is defective or does not conform to its stated specification. In such cases, photographic documentation of the defect and the batch code on the container will be requested before a replacement or refund is processed.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 calendar days of Abrona receiving the returned product in satisfactory condition. Abrona will notify you by email when the refund has been initiated.
